Unofficial iOS Software Store - Cydia Store - Shut Down

10 years ago, many Apple device owners wanted to upgrade and install additional programs on their gadgets, which was quite difficult due to limited access to the device’s file system. In order to bypass the protection, it was necessary to install special software, with which the unofficial Cydia Store helped.
Over time, those wishing to use third-party applications on their iPhones became much smaller, and therefore the creator of the store, Jay Freeman, decided to close the store and stop customer support.
In many ways, the imminent closure of the store was also influenced by the identification of a critical vulnerability, which threatened serious troubles for users buying through PayPal.
