The leadership of Sony recognized its second portable console as unpromising. The other day the vice president of the Japanese company said that the PlayStation Vita will cease to exist in the next year.
Vita became the successor of the rather successful Portable series, but never gained popularity among users, despite aggressive advertising and many innovations. Prior to this, the company's representative offices in America and Europe reported that the release of games for the console will end on March 31.
By the way, according to the vice-president, the company will not work more on portable consoles.
